How it works

Precision control starts with accurate sensing.

We place temperature sensors in every area or room you wish to control separately. Wired sensors can be wall-mounted or embedded in the concrete slab during the build, while Wi-Fi sensors offer flexibility to be placed anywhere.

The reading displays on a thermostat that controls that specific room. It functions just like any standard thermostat but smarter: set your target temperature, and the system cycles heating or cooling to maintain it perfectly.

Schedule Flexibility: You can set as many time schedules as you like throughout the day.

Main Automation Components

The heart of the system is a Raspberry Pi running the powerful Home Assistant software, coupled with our custom Wiring Center Controller.

Wiring Center Controller

  • Scalable: One board controls 8 zones. Add unlimited boards for larger systems.
  • Central Hub: Connects all sensors (Temperature, Humidity, Flow, Pressure).
  • Total Control: On-board relays manage pumps, transformers, actuators, and the heat/cool source.
  • Versatile Sensors: Supports both wired and wireless (analog & digital) temperature sensors.
  • Communication: Dedicated microcontroller for seamless wireless sensor communication.
  • Actuator Support: Compatible with 24VAC (70mA) or 230VAC actuators.
